The University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced the "University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023." Students now have the option to appeal to the Ombudsperson (Lokpal) if their grievances are not resolved by the institution's Students' Grievance Redressal Committee.
